Accommodations
Group accommodations for the CBERN 2012 Annual meeting have been arranged at the Hotel Alma at University of Calgary (map).

For reservations, call (403) 220-2588 or 1-(877) 498-3203. Identify yourself as a participant of the CBERN 2012 Annual Conference to receive the discount accommodation rate of $109 plus tax per night for the Eurostyle room. The deadline to make reservations at the Hotel Alma was April 4th, 2012. Participants requesting accommodations after this date cannot be guaranteed a room.

PhD Cluster members are required to share a suite. Hotel Alma’s shared suites (“Two bedroom summer apartments”) are equipped with two separate bedrooms and a shared kitchen and bathroom. PhD participants can request to be matched with a roommate by contacting Judy Patla (jpatla@cbern.ca). Those who decide to share a suite will be added to CBERN’s rooming list and will not have to contact the hotel directly for reservations.

Venue
All conference events are held at the University of Calgary Dining Centre. The Dining Center is located at the West end of campus and is connected to Hotel Alma (map).

Parking
Parking is available at The Arts Parkade which is a five-minute walk from Hotel Alma and The Dining Centre with ample parking at $8/entry (map).

Transit
