I am researching and writing on the topic of the value of ethics for business. Part of my argument focuses on defending the business case for ethics by appealing to a sophisticated model of welfare that acknowledges the value of the meaningfulness of work.

I am also interested in a wide range topics related to the project of effecting ethical progress in business and the workplace including developing healthy trust relationships, emotional intelligence, and transparency.
