Me in Brief

In my theoretical and empirical analyses on business ethics I use organizational theories in sociology and economics - such sociological neo-institutionalism, new institutional economics, and evolutionary economics - to analyse governance mechanisms within organization as well as in societies. Here I am especially interested in normative issues, such as corporate social responsibility, economic ethics, and sustainability.
