Me in Brief

I am interested in the conditions that lead to ethical business behaviour at the firm level. I study how strategy, structure, and culture influence this ethical firm behaviour. I am specifically studying prosocial and proenvironmental behaviour by corporations.

I am engaged in a project looking at the kinds of capabilities and resources firms use to develop social and environmental innovations. I am also looking at the attitudes of consumers that relate to their willingness to pay for environmentally responsible behaviour.

Finally, I am interested in operationalizing issues of social equity for firms and figuring out how firms can compare their contributions to social equity at a regional and national level.
