Me in Brief

Nicolae's broader interest is in the ethical thought of different figures in the history of philosophy, from Aristotle to Levinas. His interest interest in business ethics focuses on the relation between CSR and human rights, the ongoing discussion of the UN Draft Norms and the subsequent debate over the Reports of the UN SGSR on Business and Human Rights. Part of his research has been dedicated to European developments in the area of business ethics.

Current research and projects:

Assist with the development of CBERN's online repository and index of business ethics publications through library agreements with various Canadian and international organizations.
