invite applications full-time faculty position in Business Ethics beginning
August 2010. A Ph.D., preferably in Management, from an AACSB accredited
university is required. Candidates with an area of specialization in legal
ethics or health care ethics are encouraged to apply. Candidates must fit the Belmont University teacher-scholar model which
requires excellence in the classroom and publication of peer reviewed research
in their areas of specialization. Candidates are expected to demonstrate
evidence of engaging classroom teaching through teaching evaluations or other
measures. A commitment to the promotion of Belmont University
programs on- and off-campus, engaging students in co-curricular activities and
advising majors, is expected. The overarching
goal of this position is to integrate programs in business ethics throughout
the undergraduate and graduate curricula and to promote ethics awareness for
students, business leaders and others in the community.
