TIRI is an independent non-governmental organisation that works with governments, business and civil society to find practical solutions to making integrity work. Improvements in integrity offer perhaps the single largest opportunity for sustainable and equitable development worldwide.  

Tiri's two groundbreaking networks are the Public Integrity Education Network (PIEN) and the Network for Integrity in Reconstruction (NIR).  TIRI is working to strengthen existing networks among chief judges and  chief election commissioners. In 2007 TIRI launches the Business Integrity Education Network (BIEN).
