Call for topic-based research proposals in the context of the HiiL Research Theme
Private Actors and Self-Regulation - The amount allocated by HiiL for this research project is fixed at €400.000.
HiiL is pleased to announce the launching of a Call for Research Proposals in the context of the HiiL Research Theme Private Actors and Self-Regulation.
The Tender Document is developed around the core question:
Which form of regulation with a transnational dimension, created by either private actors, public actors (including inter-governmental organisations) or through their cooperation, is most successful in regulating the conduct of corporations in a transnational environment? And what conditions are decisive for determining the appropriateness of the relevant regulatory regime?
For the detailed Tender Document (which outlines the background as well as the trajectory leading up to the formulation of the core question as well as an overview of the relevant substantive parameters and criteria against which proposals will be assessed) please click here
