MSBC is pleased to present a one-day seminar for individuals working or interested in sustainability in the mineral exploration and mining industry.

  • Experienced industry professionals will present award-winning case studies that illustrate the application of sustainability principles throughout the mining lifecycle.
  • Representatives from the Province of British Columbia, MABC and AME BC will share their perspectives.

What is MSBC?
Mining and Sustainability BC (MSBC) is an initiative that promotes and supports the advancement of sustainable practices in the British Columbia mineral exploration and mining sector. MSBC is a collaboration of people from industry, the Province of British Columbia, First Nations, the University of British Columbia’s (UBC) Norman B. Keevil Institute of Mining Engineering, the Mining Association of British Columbia (MABC), and the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia (AME BC).
