Christina Becker is a Diplomate Jungian Analyst and Psychoanalyst form the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich, Switzerland. She is also a clinical member and a former Board member of the Ontario Society of Psychotherapists, where she was the Chair of the Ethics Committee, and Chair of the Task Force on Legislative Issues and the Regulation of Psychotherapy.
Today, she will present personal reflections about the ethical questions and dilemmas that arise daily for the analyst in psychological counseling. She will discuss the principles involved in clinical ethics, explore the kind of questions and dilemmas that come up, and ways to deal with our own tendency to avoid self reflection. This talk is co-sponsored with McLaughlin College.
