A McLaughlin College lunch talk with Nergis Canefe

McLaughlin College Senior Common Room (140 McL)
Noon  - 2:30   A light lunch will be served.

Nergis Canefe is a professor of political science at York University whose research agenda includes the challenges faced by Muslim minorities in Canada and abroad, and international human rights issues.

She has recently been part of a series of consultations with Canadian research centers and the government, and will provide an overview of dominant trends in the discussion of issues related to Muslims in Canada.
