CBERN aims in part to coordinate, encourage and stimulate research in business ethics by creating, encouraging and suporting inclusive dialogue among researchers across academic disciplines and across the private, public, voluntary and academic sectors.  

These dialogues range along many topics, including:

• deep theoretical issues
• discerning the links between empirical and normative research
• mapping the values of stakeholders
• cross-cultural issues
• cross-sectoral comparison and analysis
• management issues
